Finding My Prince Charming

When Lola Franklin decided to study abroad she never anticipated embarking on a whirlwind weekend romance with a hot guy before classes started.
And she certainly never counted on the hot guy being her new professor. Or a Prince. Or the biggest asshole she had ever met.

Remember that time your college professor mistook you for a prostitute……

yeah.

me neither.

but that’s one hell of a way to start a book!

Go into this book with an open mind. It is NOT  going to be what you expect it to be and it is NOT going to be about what you think it is going to be about. I admit I may have read this book because I really liked the cover. However, I did end up finding the book itself enjoyable, contrary to the common opinions on Goodreads. I think that the story could have been developed a little more and I wanted to learn more about the main character herself. The author didn’t develop that enough nor did she with the hero [if you can call him that]. I did love the setting: London Town. The city was well described making me miss some of my old haunts. It is a short read–or shall I say shorter and the first book is engaging enough to keep you on your toes, but also make you question your desire to continue. Do I care…..Do I not? To be honest it is very 50 Shades-esque minus the bondage and physiological abuse and anything you may have liked about 50 shades…but still a story about a male alpha and a girl who just gets swept along on the ride–

Book Rating….2.5

I know. This review makes no sense. Guess you’ll just have to read it to figure out what I am talking about.Take a whack at the book…..let us know what you think. And if your brave enough below you will find the next two books in the trilogy. Be forewarned though–those ones hold nothing back.
